Our Quality Assurance
Our Quality Management System requires us to:
• Check all the fabric, accessories, packing and packaging material to ensure that quality is conformed to the desired order/style or product.
• Visit factory premises regularly to evaluate samples, production procedure and patterns etc., to ensure that subsequent production will go smooth.
• Quality Assurance of trial production and identify the weaknesses or potential non-conformities which can only become apparent during the bulk production.
• Carry out Regular In-Process Inspections. Records of such inspections are established, documented and maintained as an evidence of conformity of Workmanship and Quality parameters.
• Carry out Final Inspections including case pack, carton quality, shipping mark, assortment and presentations etc., to approve the shipment.
We require our suppliers to establish, document and maintain following records as a minimum acceptable evidence of conformity:
• Accessories Inspection Report
• Grey Fabric Inspection Report
• Measurement Inspection Report
• Lab Dip Approval and Colour Matching Report
• Daily Cutting Report
• Lab Test Report
• In-Process Inspection Report
• End-Line Inspection Report
• Final Inspection Report
